1. Overview
Welcome to Joint Sewing, an online direct-to-consumer retail store operated by SOUHIRO US LLC, a company registered in the State of Oregon, United States.

These Terms are intended for individual retail customers. Wholesale transactions conducted under separate agreements may be subject to different terms.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
Customers must have the legal capacity to enter into purchase agreements.
Customers agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.
Fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, and unlawful use of our website are prohibited.
3. Products and Descriptions
Joint Sewing sells sewing supplies, bag-making hardware, craft materials, accessories, and related products.
We endeavor to accurately describe product materials, dimensions, colors, quantities, specifications, and countries of origin.
Product images may differ slightly from actual products due to lighting, display settings, or manufacturing variations.
Nothing in these Terms limits applicable rights concerning defective, unsafe, or incorrectly described products.
4. Prices and Currency
Product prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the customer's selected market.
For U.S. customers, prices are generally displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Prices may vary depending on market settings, exchange rates, taxes, and applicable pricing arrangements.
Product charges, shipping charges, and taxes collected by Joint Sewing are disclosed before checkout is completed.
Free shipping promotions apply only when their published conditions are satisfied.

6. Order Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order.
We may decline or cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or shipping limitations.
If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will promptly initiate the applicable refund.
7. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We may update product information, discontinue products, or limit purchase quantities.
If a purchased product becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
8. Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are primarily fulfilled and dispatched from Japan.
Processing Time: Generally 3–6 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays.
Shipping Carriers: Primarily DHL and FedEx.
Estimated U.S. Delivery: Generally 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates for other destinations may vary.
Processing time and shipping transit time are separate.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Applicable rights concerning delayed or undelivered goods remain unaffected.
9. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Joint Sewing may offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for eligible orders and destinations.
For orders expressly confirmed as DDP, Joint Sewing is responsible for covered import duties, import taxes, and standard customs brokerage charges.
For orders not confirmed as DDP, customers may be responsible for applicable import-related charges, provided those responsibilities are disclosed before order acceptance.
Shipping arrangements depend on destination, carrier, product category, and applicable customs requirements.
10. Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting hello@jointsewing.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before shipment.
After dispatch, eligible returns are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Returns and Refunds
Eligible voluntary returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.
Products must generally be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs to Japan for voluntary change-of-mind returns.
For confirmed defective or damaged products:

The applicable full refund will be initiated on the same business day following confirmation, or the next business day if confirmed outside business hours.
For confirmed incorrectly shipped products:

If a return is requested, Joint Sewing will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Approved voluntary return refunds are generally initiated within 3–7 business days after the returned goods are received and inspected.
Refunds are generally issued to the original credit card or PayPal payment method.

12. Product Safety
Customers must follow product descriptions, usage instructions, and applicable safety warnings.
Small hardware components and craft supplies may present choking or injury hazards.
Products must not be used by children where the product description or safety warnings prohibit such use.
13. Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Suspected unauthorized account activity should be reported to hello@jointsewing.com.
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
14. Intellectual Property
Website content, photographs, descriptions, trademarks, logos, and other protected materials belong to their respective rights holders.
Unauthorized commercial reproduction or distribution is prohibited except where permitted by law.

Nothing in this section removes legal obligations owed by Joint Sewing to customers.
