Welcome to Joint Sewing, an international online store operated by SOUHIRO US LLC, a company registered in Oregon, United States.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to https://jointsewing.com and purchases made through our website.

By using our website or placing an order, customers agree to these Terms, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Product prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected market.

Prices may vary according to destination, applicable taxes, exchange rates, and market-specific pricing.

Applicable product charges, shipping charges, and taxes collected by Joint Sewing will be disclosed before order completion.

For destinations eligible for Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, applicable import duties and import taxes are paid or arranged by Joint Sewing as described in our Shipping Policy.

For destinations where DDP is unavailable, any applicable import-charge arrangements will be disclosed before the order is accepted.

 

5. Orders and Payments

Accepted payment methods may include credit cards and PayPal, subject to availability at checkout.

Payment is generally collected when an order is placed.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order.

We may cancel orders when fulfillment is impossible due to product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or shipping limitations.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue the applicable refund promptly and in accordance with law.

 

6. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

We may discontinue products, limit quantities, or update product information.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.

 

7. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are primarily fulfilled and dispatched from Japan.

Processing Time: Generally 3–6 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays.

International shipping is primarily handled by DHL or FedEx.

Estimated delivery to the United States is approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times to other destinations vary.

These estimates are not guaranteed and do not affect mandatory consumer delivery rights.

 

8. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and DDP

Joint Sewing offers Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to eligible destinations where the service is supported.

For orders confirmed as DDP, Joint Sewing is responsible for applicable import customs clearance charges, customs duties, import taxes, and standard customs brokerage fees covered by the DDP arrangement.

Customers will not be required to pay additional covered import duties or import taxes upon delivery.

DDP availability may vary by destination, carrier, product type, and applicable customs regulations.

Where DDP is unavailable, applicable arrangements and any customer responsibility for import charges will be clearly disclosed before order acceptance.

Customers may be required to provide accurate information or documentation necessary for lawful customs clearance.

 

9. Cancellations

Customers may request order cancellation before dispatch by contacting hello@jointsewing.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel eligible orders before shipment.

After dispatch, returns and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable statutory rights.

 

10. Returns and Refunds

Joint Sewing accepts eligible voluntary returns within 30 days after delivery.

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, products must generally be unused and in their original condition.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary returns, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Defective or Damaged Products

Confirmed defective or damaged products do not need to be returned.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will initiate the applicable refund on the same business day, or the next business day if confirmation occurs outside business hours.

Incorrectly Shipped Products

Joint Sewing accepts responsibility for shipping errors.

Once an incorrect shipment is confirmed, we will initiate the applicable refund on the same business day, or the next business day if confirmation occurs outside business hours.

If return of an incorrect item is requested, Joint Sewing will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Standard Refund Processing

Approved voluntary return refunds are generally initiated within 3–7 business days after returned items are received and inspected.

The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account depends on the payment provider.

EU and UK Consumer Rights

EU and UK consumers generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for eligible distance purchases, with additional legal protections concerning returns and reimbursement.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not reduce these rights.

11. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and business purchases may be subject to separate pricing, minimum order quantities, payment arrangements, and commercial terms.

Nothing in these Terms restricts consumers from bringing claims before courts or authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to contact us first to seek a mutually acceptable resolution.

 

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms by publishing updated versions on our website.

Changes will not retroactively remove contractual or statutory rights where prohibited by law.

 

20. Severability
